THE BUCKINGHAM SUITE.  Beautifully furnished with maple furniture, and huge King sized bed. TV with cable and a choice of over 180 channels including 46 music channels & DVD player.  Access to the pool through patio doors as well as large walk in wardrobe and a luxury bathroom that includes garden tub, huge separate shower and his & her vanity basins, with theatre style lighting, Ceiling Fan.

THE WINDSOR SUITE.   Equipped with a Queen size bed, this stylish suite has en-suite bath and shower. Cable TV with a choice of over 70 channels & DVD Player, Ceiling Fan.

Bedrooms 3 & 4  The Sandringham Room and Balmoral Room share an en-suite that has access to both bedrooms via an inner hallway, but separate lockable bath, shower and toilet facilities.  Both twin bedded rooms are  furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage space also Cable TV with a choice of over 70 channels & DVD player  in each room. Ceiling Fan.

Games Room.  The double garage, which can be accessed from inside the villa, has been converted into an air conditioned games room equipped with a full size Pool Table, Sony Play Station 2 games console, Air Hockey, 21" TV with cable and a choice of over 70 channels  Also a variety of board games is included.

The entire villa is fully AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED and in addition there are ceiling fans in the great room,  Buckingham Suite and on the covered lanai.

The pool is set on an extended pool deck and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has plenty of luxury pool furniture and offers excellent shade, whilst the extended south facing pool deck ensures that sun-lovers have sun all day. There is also a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required.
