I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A VILLA BEFORE, WHY CHOOSE A VILLA RATHER THAN A HOTEL?

A Villa is very spacious offering you a living area, kitchen and dining area in addition to the bedrooms. As the villa has 4 bedrooms it is usually much cheaper than paying for several hotel rooms. Our villa works out at £80 per night for the entire villa and that is inclusive of all taxes. Our villa also offers you your own private pool & Spa. There is also no need to worry about parking as there is a large double drive.

DO I NEED TO BRING TOWELS OR BED LINEN?

NO Our holiday villa is fully furnished and includes all towels and bed linen. The kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you will need for your vacation. Click here to find out more.

DO YOU PROVIDE TV'S AND DVD PLAYERS?

YES There is a large screen TV, VCR, DVD Player and CD Stereo in the main lounge. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV and DVD player. All TV's are equipped to receive cable and you get over 180 channels in the master bedroom and lounge and over 90 channels in all other bedrooms and games room.

WHY SHOULD I BOOK THE VILLA DIRECT WITH THE VILLA OWNER?

Our villa is privately owned and you will find booking direct with us is the most cost effective way. You can also see the exact villa that you will be staying in and its individual furnishings so there are no surprises when you arrive. References from our Florida Management company are available should you require any reassurance.

WHERE IS THE VILLA LOCATED?

Check our location page for a map of where to find our villa. Highgate House, Highgate Park at Legacy is located on Highway  US27 near the junction of US192, giving excellent access to Orlando's attractions. Disney itself is only 8 miles away, and only 15 minutes drive. There are twelve Golf Courses within 10 minutes drive of the exclusive gated community. 

WHAT AMENITIES ARE THERE NEARBY?

DISNEY AND A HUGE SELECTION OF GOLF CLUBS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES, but for everyday living there is a large Publix supermarket just 2 minutes drive away, and a brand new Walmart (ASDA)  has just opened 1 mile away.  There is also a Video and DVD store nearby where you can hire your favourite movies. Also in the area are a 24 hour drive through Walgreens pharmacy, a Bank and a gas station that has a range of food outlets inside. In addition to these facilities, within a 5 minute drive you will find a selection of your favorite eateries and restaurants.

HOW DO I BOOK THE VILLA?

Simply click here and you will be redirected to our live availability calendar, here you will be able to view available dates and by clicking on the date of your choice you can fill in the reservation request form. we will then contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details and answer any questions you may have. A non refundable deposit of £200.00 will be required when you return your booking form.

HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT?

Just simply visit the book now area of this website and you will be redirected to our secure booking system.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY PAYMENT DUE?

The balance is due 10 weeks before the start of the holiday. This will include the  security deposit and the cost of pool heating if it is required. Once this payment has been received we will send your final booking confirmation together with full directions and the access codes for the community gate and villa entrance.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

The deposit is £150.00 regardless of the length of your stay and is fully refundable within 14 days of when you leave the property assuming there is no damage to the villa. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible.

DO I NEED POOL HEATING?

Generally speaking pool heating is not required May to September. If you decide that you would like pool heating this can be arranged at the time of booking, the cost is £75.00 per week. However if you choose not to have pool heat and you change your mind once you are there our management company can arrange this for you and this is payable locally at a daily rate.

WHERE DO I COLLECT THE KEY TO OUR VACATION HOME?

The key will be available at the villa 24 hours a day so there is no need to worry about collecting the key from an outside agent. Full details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

WHAT IS SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

Our villa is managed by a local management company who operate a 24 hour emergency toll-free number. So if you do encounter a problem there is no need to worry as help is at hand.

Owners Tip!

For UK visitors it is essential that you bring T - Bags with you from the UK, it may seem daft to mention this but trust us you wont be able to buy T-Bags in Florida.

You Mention Internet Access How Does This Work?

If you would like to bring your own laptop computer with you, for a small charge of £15.00 per week we can give you a 24hr DSL 5mb wireless internet connection, Due to technical problems that invariably occur with pc's we are unable to provide a computer at the house for guests use as technical support would be unavailable.
