	Pool/Spa heating available at £75.00 Per Week Recommended October - April, This can be paid in advance or arranged during your stay and paid direct to our property management company.
	Please enquire about our special rates for bookings of more than two weeks
	Daily rates may be available, please contact us for more information
	For stays of less than 1 week an additional cleaning fee will be payable of £50.00

Unlike some villa operators we do not charge peak and off peak rates are charges are the same all year round.

Rates are charged for the villa per week regardless of the number of occupants
